I READ with interest, Harry Wild’s letter ‘It’s Out There!’ While walking my dog on Kingsway Park field, Davyhulme, I saw what appeared to be a black cloud hovering above one of the grids. On further inspection it turned out to be a swarm of gnats. I presume what the lady and her friend witnessed that day turned out to be a freak of nature.
