MY parents, who left school in Salford at 14, moved from Partington to Hale to give us the chance to attend Stamford Park Primary School.
With few UK holidays and no car they believed that the most important things was to give their children the best education possible. We all passed our 11 Plus and secured 100 per cent scholarships to Manchester Grammar School.
There are many families who make the same commitment and sacrifice and move to Trafford because of its world class education system: great primary schools and outstanding grammar schools with first class non selective schools.
