PARKING on pavements is a police concern, kerbside is council.
It is not illegal to park on pavement (off road) but Trafford could curb the kerbside parking insanity.
Possible income from zero tolerance would cover annual £20million cuts made from the budget.
Maybe there is an E.U. diktat protecting motorists who blatantly obstruct the highway, endangering all.
