A GREAT big thankyou from Blossom and Daisy and all the other cows at Town Gate Farm, Flixton to the fire service, for all their help in pumping out flood water from the cows fields, after the Manchester ship canal burst its banks on Boxing Day,
We'd like to thank Salford, Moss Side and Stretford fire stations, and especially station commander Bill Fenwick for organising pumps and the fire crews at Sale station.
