ON Sunday July 12, my dad and I will be cycling the Manchester to Blackpool bike ride to raise money for Harley Renshaw. Harley has spent much of his early childhood fighting neuroblastoma and has recently been given the all clear.
To celebrate this, Harley has been nominated by a charity to visit Florida, America for a short stay with his parents, Stacey and Oliver.
Having known Stacey since primary school, Harley's story is very close to my heart and to many others who have witnessed this little boy's struggle with cancer.
I am therefore cycling to Blackpool to raise money to ensure the family has a comfortable trip to Flordia. If anybody deserves it, Harley does!
