DAVYHULME Park is looking run down and neglected.

Rubbish bins are overflowing, the ponds are a mess, full of broken branches and carrier bags.

Flower beds are now overgrown with weeds. The notice board on the path to the community centre is smashed and dangerous.

When the grass is cut, large areas are missed out and are overgrown.

The Crofts Bank/Canterbury Road entrance is strewn with litter.

Hullard Park on the other hand is pristine. Why is this?

Come on Trafford Council and Friends of Davyhulme, lets make this the park that it used to be.

Litter breeds litter and if its kept neat and tidy and there is ROOM in the bins, people enjoying the sunshine are less likely to leave their mess behind.
