MAY I take the opportunity through your paper to thank residents of Stretford and Urmston who did me the great honour of re-electing me as their Member of Parliament in the General Election on May 7.
I am deeply proud to serve this fantastic area, and to have the chance to continue to represent local people in Parliament.
Whether you voted for me, or voted for someone else, or didn’t vote at all, it will be my privilege to speak up for everyone in this constituency and I pledge that I will always do so.
I am so grateful for the support of local people and for the many good wishes I have received.
Kate Green
Member of Parliament for Stretford and Urmston
