I HAVE been trying to renew my [disabled] Blue Badge since January when I noticed the badge was due for renewal in February.

As I write this, 61 days have gone by and still no badge.

A visit to the library revealed they have lost my details and it will take a further two weeks to order my badge from the Ministry of Transport.

It has been difficult coping with no badge, my advice to you is order your badge in good time.

I have written to my MP Kate Green who has been most helpful in presenting my case to Trafford MBC.
