What are your experiences of benefits system for those with special educational needs?
THE Special Educational Needs Families Support Group is a registered charity supporting vulnerable people with special educational needs.
Part of our role is to help them access appropriate services; because of their special needs they require advocates.
We have been supporting young with special need and to access the DWP benefit services; we have become concerned about the accessibility of its computer system, telephone help line and the job centre plus interviews.
We are asking for your personal experiences to enable us to compile a research report.
