I REPORTED to Trafford Council on January 10, the potholes on Moss Vale Road going towards Highfield Primary School.

My son goes to nursery there and every day when it raining, I have to take a change of clothes due to the potholes in the road he has to walk down.

They are that bad that the water goes flying everywhere because of the speed in which the motorists are going.

I reported it to Trafford Council on their ‘report a pothole’ website. This was on January 10 and the report said I would be contacted by February 10.

I heard nothing but when I logged onto their website, it said ‘we are aware of the complaint’.

Being aware is not helping us out, so I emailed them on the February 12 and still I heard nothing back.

I then emailed them again and they said that it had been logged as a coporate complaint and that somebody would be in contact by March 7. but guess what – nothing.

Trafford Council is extremely quick in sending out your new council tax bill for the year ahead but yet do not want to speak to residents about issues they may have.

I am disgusted with the way in which Trafford Council has dealt with this.
