MAN-of-the-match Owen Monk netted four times to help Urmston Hockey Club's men’s seconds beat Prescot seconds 5-1.
Rob Skelley scored the Greens' other goal as they moved into second place in Division Five North South with a second consecutive win.
Andy Power took his tally to 31 for the season for the men's firsts as he hit a hat-trick against Oxton men’s firsts with Tom Hughes getting the other goal.
Power was thwarted from scoring even more goals by a heroic performance from the Oxton goalkeeper as the team cemented their sixth place in Division Two West.
Elsewhere, the men’s thirds held Didsbury sevenths to a 1-1 draw in Division Eight South East, while the ladies’ seconds drew 0-0 and 1-1 with Bolton seconds and Bury firsts respectively in Division Three and the ladies’ firsts went down 5-3 to Timperley seconds in Division Two South West.
