MARTIAL arts group Phoenix Tang Soo Do hosted its Second Invitational Championships at George H Carnall Leisure Centre on Saturday.
Proceedings were overseen by their chief instructor Master Robert Woodiwiss, 7th Dan, with special guest Grand Master Frederick Scott, (8th Dan, from Philadelphia.
Martial arts schools from up and down the country attended the event which included sparring, forms and weapons all on display with ages ranging from six to 60 taking part.
Phoenix students came away with a good tally of medals and trophies. All who attended tried their best and had a fantastic day at this annual run event.
Phoenix Tang Soo Do has a class running at George H Carnall Leisure Centre on Friday's at 7pm to 8.30pm and classes across the north west as well.
