A TRAFFORD criminal who is on the loose from prison is being hunted by police.
Greater Manchester Police is hoping that a public appeal will help apprehend Kurtis Holmes, 31, who is wanted
Police are appealing for the public’s assistance to trace a man from Trafford who is wanted on recall to prison.
Holmes is also wanted on suspicion of theft, shoplifting and breaching a restraining order. The incidents took place in Urmston
and Trafford Park throughout April and May.
Inspector Paul Parker, of GMP’s Trafford borough, said: “We are urgently trying to find Holmes and need anyone with information on his whereabouts to get in contact with us.
“We need the public to assist us in locating this man. Not only has he breached his licence conditions but he is actively involved in crime whilst at liberty.”
Holmes has links to Stretford, Urmston and Flixton.
If anyone sees Holmes or knows where he is, they should not approach him, but should contact police on 101 or the independent charity Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555 111.
