AN application has been submitted for a change of use to turn an Old Trafford doctor's surgery into apartments.
The application has been made by Dr Vijay Trehan to Trafford Council planners for the change at the Brook's Bar Medical Centre, at 162-164 Chorlton Road.
If further plans are subsequently approved, there would be 7 apartments created, which would include the demolition of part of the rear of the building and a first floor balcony installed overlooking Croston Street South.
The works would also involve the erection of a two storey building at the rear to accommodate two apartments, with first floor rear patio and ground floor bike storage, together with associated car parking for 9 vehicles and bin stores.
