KEEP your eyes peeled for some funny bunnies hopping around Sale town centre this Easter.

Families are being invited to set off on the special Sale Easter Trail, hunting for bunnies and secret surprises until Easter Bank Holiday (April 17).

Two by Two Hurrah, who are well known for their trails, have organised the event to help keep the children entertained during the school break.

More than 15 independent businesses have got on board with the Spring trail and are looking forward to plenty of bunnies hopping into their shops.

Zoe, creative director at Two by Two Hurrah, said: “We love Easter at Two by Two, it’s a really fun time of year for the kids and as the weather warms up it is great to start getting outside more. The trail not only entertains the families but is supporting local businesses and helping boost Sale town and its community.”

Trail maps will be available to collect from Sale Library and all participating businesses. These will guide the children around the town hunting for the special Two by Two bunnies, which will be uniquely decorated by the businesses.

Each bunny will have a unique letter and the children are tasked with spelling out a special sentence once they have collected all the letters.

Children are encouraged to hand competition slips in to the local businesses. Prizes, donated by the participating businesses, include chocolates, vouchers, gifts and activities.

The Sale Easter Trail has been supported by Sale Town Partnership, enabling businesses to take part at no cost.

Michelle Staring, chair of the Sale Town Partnership, said: “We are very pleased to team up with Two by Two to create an Easter rabbit hunt, we are particularly grateful to Trafford Housing Trust for providing financial support for this event. Zoe from Two by Two has been a great advocate for Sale by providing many family friendly trails and competitions helping to make Sale a fun and vibrant place to visit.”
