A 15-year-old from Partington got stuck in her own window and had to be rescued by firefighters at on Monday.
The girl had locked her keys inside her Lilac Walk flat and had then tried to climb through her ground floor window to retrieve them. The window then slipped and trapped her.
Firefighters from Sale and Alltrincham eased the teenager from the window and gave her oxygen.
She suffered back pain but did not require further medical attention.
