PARTINGTON residents received extra help and advice from a construction company during Property Maintenance Week from November 25 to 29.
Emanuel Whittaker sent operatives to go the extra mile for residents who had property maintenance issues.
The Oldham-based construction company is currently working to refurbish properties for Your Housing Group, in Partington.
John Gallagher, contracts director, said: “Last year it was our 175th anniversary and the challenge was to do 175 little acts of kindness and I had no doubts our teams at Your Housing Group would rise to the occasion.”
The site teams have let John know about additional small jobs they are doing for residents and he has been very impressed with the response.
He said: “We have been delighted to give additional help to Partington residents.
“Taking care of your home whether you own it or rent it is essential especially during the winter months when weather conditions can wreak havoc.”
