A BURGLAR fled with a handbag after breaking into a Hale Barns home earlier this morning.
The intruder smashed a ground floor window of a property in Elmridge Drive in the early hours of Monday May 23 and stole a black handbag from the home.
The handbag contained an orange purse.
Anyone who has seen the stolen property or witnessed any suspicious behaviour in the area should contact the police on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
