PERSONAL trainer and nutritional coach Sean Salinger has come up with a special Halloween theme to raise money for St Ann's Hospice in memory of his dad Martin.

Sean, from Timperley, is inviting fitness enthusiasts to take part in his Charity Pumpkin Workout indoors at Navigation Road Primary School, Altrincham, on October 29.

Sean, who runs Bespoke Life, which also offers group fitness training for all fitness levels, is urging people to go along in fancy dress with a pumpkin which will be used during routines.

Sean said: "There's a prize for the scariest dressed and I know getting fit strikes fear into some at the best of times but this is a bit of fun. The workout will be fun and not too serious and is raising money for the hospice, which cared for my dad before he died of cancer almost three years ago.

"I know hospices struggle for money and the care provided is free so this is a way for the community and myself to help St Ann's which does wonderful work. There's a £5 donation to take part or £10 for those not in fancy dress."

* Anyone interested in registering for one of the 40-minute sessions at 6.30 pm or 7.15 pm contact Sean on 07590 919881 or email sean@bespokelife.co.uk
