TRAFFORD’s Be Responsible campaign is coming to the Broomwood estate in Timperley for two weeks of action this month.

Working in partnership with community group G-Force the fortnight of action consists of a jam packed calendar of events aimed at sprucing up the community and getting the campaign's environmental awareness messages across to residents and businesses.

The events will include a family litter pick and treasure hunt on April 16 between 1pm and 4pm.

In addition there will be a free dog chipping event on Mainwood Road on April he 13 between 9.30 a.m. and 11.30a.m, where residents will be offered the chance to have their dogs chipped for free by the Dogs Trust.
