SUNRISE Senior Living of Hale Barns is holding a farmers' market and barbecue this month.
Friends and relatives of residents are invited to both events, being hosted during national nutrition and hydration week.
The Farmers' Market takes place on March 18 from 2pm - 4pm, showcasing some of the local produce that is prepared for residents.
On March 20 from 2pm - 4pm, residents and guests will enjoy a barbecue.
Both events are part of ‘Taste of Sunrise’, a national campaign which will see Sunrise communities across the country celebrating the importance of nutritious food for older people during nutrition and hydration week.
