Trafford Council and Beever and Struthers hold event about research and development tax credits to advise businesses
A KEY event to make businesses in Trafford more aware of how to access, claim and benefit from Research and Development (R&D) tax credits is being staged jointly by accountants and business advisers Beever and Struthers and Trafford Council.
The tax relief workshop, which will be held from 9.30am to 11.30am on February 26 at Trafford Town Hall, will officially launch a new partnership between the council and Beever and Struthers to provide businesses with support and advice on how to benefit from R&D tax credits.
Jacquie Adams, a partner at Beever and Struthers, and other members of the firm’s tax advisory division, will join representatives of Trafford Council’s economic growth team to provide an overview of HMRC’s R&D tax credit scheme, advice on how to identify any eligible business expenditure and how to make a claim.
