IT is cause for double celebration for an Altrincham out-of-school childcare provider as two of its clubs received an ‘Outstanding’ rating in the space of a week.

School’s Out at Cloverlea Primary School and School’s Out at Heyes Lane, both achieved the education watchdog’s top rating in March.

This followed sister setting, Hale Day Nursery, receiving a top rating just a week before.

School’s Out offers childcare clubs at eight primary schools: Altrincham Preparatory, Bollin, Bowdon C of E, Cloverlea, Heyes Lane, Navigation, Well Green and Worthington.

It is part of the Elmscot Group, which also includes the award-winning Broussa, Elmscot, Hale and Woodlands Day Nurseries, in Altrincham.

The recent successful inspections mean that the childcare settings group, owned and run by two mums, the Elmscot Group, now boasts eight ‘Outstanding’ ratings out of 12.

Hannah Reeves, School’s Out group manager, said: “The Ofsted inspector recognised that we are passionate, enthusiastic and committed to providing children with the very best care and support for learning.

“She felt our consultation with children was exceptional, contributing to high levels of engagement, interest and enthusiasm.

“To have maintained our Ofsted Outstanding grade in all areas is a fantastic accomplishment, which reflects the dedication of the entire team.

“School’s Out are committed to delivering high-quality childcare and education to all children on a daily basis and we are delighted that the inspector recognised this.”

Ofsted also reported that there are excellent relationships between the clubs, parents and schools.
