SALE High School's Year 10 and 11 students were visited by Cambridge University recently to learn all about the university and how to apply after sixth form.
The listened with enthusiasm as they were told about the opportunities a degree from one of the world's top seats of learning could offer them.
Amie Kirby from Year 10 said: "it was fantastic to learn all about the university from someone who actually went there."
Another Year 10 student Louise Cooper felt that the talk "really helped her realise the potential out there and how to attain her high aspirations for the future."
