BIKESHAK has expanded its base at Oakfield Trading Estate, Altrincham.
The move came after Associated Security Solutions relocated from the trading estate to Manchester.
Regional Property Solutions negotiated the surrender of the remaining two and half years of its lease on the 2,283 sq ft industrial unit.
It subsequently identified that bike shop Bikeshack, an existing tenant on the estate, was looking to expand.
This enabled the surrender of Associated Security Solutions' lease with the simultaneous letting to Bikeshack on a new five year lease.
Daniel Lee, director at Regional Property Solutions, said: “It negated any payment from Associated Security Solutions in relation to the surrender of its lease and released the company from any further financial liabilities in respect of the property. An excellent outcome for all concerned.”
