AN international B2B marketing consultancy has renewed its commitment to its Altrincham base by renewing the lease on its offices at 25 Hale Road.

Barratt Dixon Bell (BDB), an established full-service agency, has taken an eight year lease on Craig Court, a two storey building providing a total of 5,500 sq ft of accommodation with 19 car spaces.

Matt Smith, managing director of BDB said: “Craig Court has been a successful home to us for over 10 years and we did not want to move.

"However, we wanted to put our own stamp on the accommodation and the renewal is enabling us, in partnership with our landlord, to refurbish the offices to reflect our style and branding.

"It will give us a fresh start and a new look as we start our next tenure of occupation.

"It has also saved us the cost and disruption of moving, which would have affected both the business and the staff who are happy in this location - the ideal solution all round.”

Charles Murray, managing director of Regional Property Solutions, who manage the property on behalf of the private landlord and negotiated the lease renewal, said: “This is an excellent example of the value of a good landlord tenant relationship.

"When we took on the management a while ago BDB only occupied part of the building and we’ve watched them grow into the building as their business has grown.”
