The property, close to Hale village, comprises 1,409 sq ft on basement ground and two upper floors.
Ben Fallows, of commercial agent TFC who acted for the vendor, said: “We had a lot of interest in this investment property and it went to best bids achieving in excess of the asking price. It reflects the upturn in the market and the continuing popularity of the Hale area."
