ALTRINCHAM-based affordable housing developer Lovell has been presented with a Gold Medal by the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents (RoSPA) in recognition of its outstanding safety approach.
They were presented the award this year in a ceremony at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole Hotel.
Over the past six years Lovell has achieved consecutive RoSPA awards for its exceptional health and safety management systems at its site offices and developments across the North West and North Wales.
Current Lovell schemes in the Manchester area include Kenyon Gateway, a £4.4 million development of 50 new homes for CIty West Housing Trust, and two new-build housing schemes in East Manchester.
