A MERE three weeks from first viewing to final handover makes the latest office sale at St George’s Court, Altrincham, one for the record books.

Purchasers Trant Construction arrived in town on a 48 hour whistle stop tour of new premises in the area and signed the sales contract with developers Frogmore on the 3,267 sq ft Unit 9 immediately after viewing the property.

“The strategic location of the park with fast access to the M6 and M56 was a key factor in their decision,” says site representative Carrol Lyon of LAH, who made the sale.

“That and the fact that we offered immediate on-site sales support that enabled them to complete the deal without delay.”

Trant Construction, who are based in Southampton, purchased the Altrincham offices to better serve their Warrington based clients United Utilities, with whom they have just agreed a five year contract.

Altrincham Business Park, of which St George’s Court is a part, is the town’s best established business park comprising some 85,000 sq ft of high quality offices.
