OFFICE space in Altrincham is being converted into flats.
The Victoria Apartments scheme on Victoria Road is the first of its kind for the town.
Merepark Homes are working on the scheme, which will consist of 28 apartments with a price range from £90,000 up to almost £200,000.
Completion is anticipated to be within 12 months.

Managing director of the Property Perspective, John Jarvis, said: “ The standard of these apartments is excellent and we have already sold several and have received a number of enquiries. Clearly this is the way forward for developers.
“Clients are telling us that they would like affordable housing in our town centres, we are confident that this redevelopment will be the start of several similar projects within our town centre.”
