SPECIALIST on-line marketing consultant WSI has opened an office in Altrincham.
It has taken a one year lease on a 500 sq ft ground floor office suite in Market Court, Garden Lane at an all inclusive rental of £7,200 per annum plus two car spaces.
Peak Air Conditioning has expanded its operation by taking a 550 sq ft ground floor suite on a 5 year lease at an all inclusive rent of £8,880 per annum.
Market Court is well located within a minutes’ walk of all the town amenities and has proved to be a popular office location with only one suite of 1,300 sq ft remaining at a rental of £10 per sq ft.
Regional Property Solutions acted for the landlord James Money & Ian Gould as joint LPA Receivers acting as agents of MC 2012 Limited. The tenant was unrepresented.
