BUPA is to offer its services in Sainsbury’s store in Sale.
The move comes following the purchase of Instore Dental Ltd (ISDL) and Store Dental Care Limited (SDC) which operate dental surgeries in six supermarkets – five in Sainsbury’s supermarkets and one in a Tesco store.
Four of the clinics are in Sainsbury’s stores in the Manchester region, including a clinic in the Sainsbury’s store in Sale – which was the first supermarket dental surgery in the UK when it opened in September 2008.
The surgeries provide a full range of private dental services.
The supermarket clinics are open to everyone and patients do not need to have Bupa health insurance.
