ALTRINCHAM College of Arts will officially open its new £5.3 million sixth form centre on Friday (March 23).
The centre will be opened by Altrincham and Sale West MP Graham Brady and headteacher Peter Brooks described it as an “iconic new building.”
“We are extremely proud for Graham to share in our success as we mark the occasion of officially opening the sixth form,” said Mr Brooks.
The building boasts a range of facilities, from computer and business centres to a science laboratory and a digital recording suite.
In true 21st century style, Mr Brady will mark the occasion by cutting a virtual ribbon.
