Last Sunday the West Cheshire 12 hours event took place on a course based on North Shropshire.

Continuing on a fine season of results Steve Davis of the Seamons finished as the winner, with a first class ride of 257 measured miles.

Also competing was Rob Morton who returned a very creditable 235 miles.

The last of the club 10 mile TTs took place and provided a surprise result in that first year rider.

John Woodhouse beat Dave Bates with a time of 23 mins 20 secs. to Bates 23-35 with Paul McAllister in third spot in 24-18.

Bringing up the rear of the field was veteran tourist Reg Blease in 31-33, complete with mudguards.
