A GROUP that includes three members from Trafford has shimmied its way into the finals of the north west’s biggest dance competition.
BoyBand, whose line up is Jack Bain, 17, from Sale, Mark Wells, 16, and Tom Molone, 15, both from Urmston, Jackie Chan,16, from Whythenshaw, and Tony John Belson-Kaaba, 16, from Hulme, was chosen from hundreds of other talented contestants to compete in heat four of the ‘Dancing in the Street’ competition.
Forming the team six months ago at Manchester's famous Sunshine Studios, BoyBand battled it out in front of a live audience at The Printworks, in Manchester, against six other acts to win a place in the grand final, to be held on August 22 at Pure Nightclub.
BoyBand will show off their best moves in a bid to beat the seven other finalists and win the competition, which will be judged by Britain’s Got Talent’s Stavros Flatley.
