ALTRINCHAM women came together at the LMRCA Railway Club to enjoy a fashion show in aid of rescue dog charities recently.

The SV Rescue Charity Show, hosted by Traders Outlet’s Style Agent, was held at the Navigation Road venue on Wednesday April 26.

As well as getting a preview of the new Ibiza inspired collection and other forward fashion, independent business women from the area were on hand to showcase their products.

Sharon Marshall was demonstrating the body shop skincare range, Amy Johnston with Emily Lester used Younique make up on the models and guests wanting a make-over and Anthony James’ stylists came to lend their support, creating hair styles for the models.

BB Accessories shared their new summer stock, as did Simply Scents of Timperley and Mintique.

A spokesperson for Dogs 4 Rescue, who organised the event, said: “A great night was had by all and £155 was raised to help rescue dogs with the money being spent on much needed vaccinations and vet bills.”

All proceeds have gone to Dogs 4 Rescue, Cyprus Dog Rescue, Twitchy Noses, and Silent Voice Rescue.
