Makants Greyhound Rescue will be in Altrincham on Saturday May 6
A RESCUE centre dedicated to greyhound dogs is fundraising in Altrincham this weekend.
Makants Greyhound Rescue will be at the Pets at Home store this Saturday, May 6, from 10am.
Members of the public are invited to come along to meet a greyhound and to find out more about keeping them as pets.
The charity, based in north Manchester, has rehomed more than 160 greyhounds in the three years it has been in operation.
It recently celebrated 'Adopt a Greyhound Month', homing seven greyhounds in April.
There are currently 15 greyhounds in its rescue kennels, all waiting for their forever home.
