THE hearts of mums and teens could be heard breaking across Manchester today after Olly Murs was forced to pull out of tonight’s GB Heroes Parade – but Kaiser Chiefs have stepped up to the plate.
Heartthrob Murs was due to headline at the Olympic and Paralympic homecoming parade at Albert Square tonight, alongside fellow X factor favourite Rebecca Ferguson.
However, the Dear Darlin’ singer had to cancel just hours before the gig due to ‘unforeseen circumstances’.
But trusty northern lads the Kaiser Chiefs saved the day and will be taking Murs' place on the stage.
