THE Altrincham Electric Railway Preservation Society will continue its series of winter lectures this weekend.
The society's next lecture will be on Friday December 11 and is entitled ‘Steam in Spain and Italy’.
The lecture will consist of a presentation of colour slides from the 1960s and 1970s by John Sloane.
The lecture will take place at Altrincham Methodist Church Hall, on Barrington Road, Altrincham, at 7.30 pm. Seasonal refreshments will also be provided inclusive of the admission price.
Admission costs £3 or free for AERPS members.
