A TEAM OF six of from Altrincham solicitors McHale & Co took part in a battle of wits against some of Trafford’s best legal brains in the annual Trafford Law Society Quiz.
Under the team name ‘McHale & Hearty’, six rounds of tough general knowledge questions were tackled to find out who would be crowned 2015 champions.
Despite trailing behind last year’s winners ‘The Motley Crew’ for the first four rounds, the team scored a perfect 10 in the penultimate round to storm clear of the field before delivering a resounding victory.
The evening was capped off by a raffle.
The team of Andrew McHale, John Nattrass, Jim Schofield, Philippa Wright, James Berry and Roberto Lavorini all enjoyed the event at Altrincham FC's ground, which was organised by Trafford Law Society.
