Altrincham Synchronised Skating teams
ALTRINCHAM Synchronised Skating teams got off to a winning start when they competed in their first competition of the season in Lee Valley in London.
The three teams all executed new programmes, choreography and costumes. The adult team Bladerunners won their event. Silverblades came fifth in the mixed age category and Whizz Kids skated in to third place to achieving a bronze medal in the Juvenile category.
Coach Sam Ozard said: “It's a great start to our season and shows the teams hard work and dedication is paying off."
All team members are now looking forward to performing at Silver Blades Altrincham Ice Rink with The Professionals on Ice,November 1 and practising for the British Championships in January.
