THE Good Catch fish and chip shops, in Altrincham and Flixton, have once again scooped the National Federation of Fish Friers (NFFF) award.

The NFFF represents the nation’s fish and chip shops and runs the scheme to raise standards within the trade.

The scheme rewards and promotes shops that provide good quality products and high standards of hygiene, as well as friers who show a high level of competence.
