ALTRINCHAM man, John Stubbs, was a Christmas winner with Halfords and the fuel system cleaner, Cataclean.
Mr Stubbs bought a bottle of Cataclean in Halfords a few months ago and was one of three lucky winners of a tablet computer out of a possible 2,500 other Cataclean customers nationwide.
Mr Stubbs said: “I read about Cataclean on the internet and considered it worth trying as good maintenance for my car. I was very happy with the results and will be using Cataclean again. “Entering the competition was just a bit of fun but to have won is a real bonus”. When asked which one of the lucky grandchildren was going to have a surprise in their stocking Mr Stubbs went on to say that Mrs Allen had already made a firm claim on the prize.
Sales director of Cataclean, William Jones said, “We are delighted to have Cataclean listed with Halfords. Initial sales have been strong and as in the case of Mr Stubb’s experience when motorists use Cataclean they usually use it again and again.”
Assistant store manager, James Boardman said, “Cataclean has been a good seller with customers specifically coming into the store to buy the product which is always a sign of, a good product.
“Also Cataclean works with all diesel, petrol and hybrid engines while cleaning not just valves and injectors but the whole system right to the tail of the exhaust which makes our job in store a lot easier.
