BROADCASTER and Cheshire girl Katie Derham will launch a new rose at RHS Chelsea tomorrow.
‘Rosa Dunham Massey’ is named after the National Trust’s Dunham Massey Hall, Gardens and Estate
Katie, who grew up in nearby Wilmslow, said: “I’m delighted to be supporting Dunham Massey in the launch of their new rose.
“I grew up just a few miles from there and have many happy memories of family walks in the grounds.
The rose is a particularly lovely one and I can’t wait for it to feature in profusion in my own garden.”
‘Rosa Dunham Massey’ is the result of a partnership between the National Trust and Peter Beales Roses, and will take pride of place in Dunham Massey’s new rose garden which opens on May 21.
