ANN BIRKETT Cedric, Steve & Paul would sincerely like to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for their kind messages of sympathy, cards of condolence, floral tributes and donations received in Ann's memory for the Stroke Association at this sad time. Special thanks must go to David Gresty and all his staff for his professional service and looking after Ann exactly as we wished and exactly how she would have wanted. Thanks must go to Lynn Carolan for her wonderful funeral service and to all who attended the funeral. We truly were overwhelmed and humbled by your presence, it meant so much to us. Thank you all.
