PATRICIA SMITHWICK Pat passed away peacefully in hospital on 2 May 2018 aged 81 years with family by her side. A much loved wife of Michael, adored Mum of Neil (late), Donna and David. Proud Nana of Daniel and Adam and Mother-in-law to Rob. Sister and Sister-in-law to Tony, Terry and Margaret and loving Auntie. Pat will be greatly missed by all her family and friends. Thanks for the care from staff in wards POU and F12 at Wythenshawe Hospital. Funeral service at Altrincham Crematoruim on Wednesday 16 May 2018 at 2.00 pm.
