PATRICK JOHN HAYWARD Peacefully at home on Wednesday 20th April 2016 Patrick aged 81 years. cherished husband of Ruth, much loved dad to Jackie and Debbie. A dear grandad to Daniel Hollie and Kelly. Patrick will be very sadly missed by all his family and friends. Funeral service to take place at Manchester Crematorium on Monday 9th May at 12 noon.
