KAY COOK Peacefully passed away on saturday 12 July 2014 aged 56 years, after a brief and courageous fight against leukaemia. Kay was a wonderful mum and amazing wife who lived life to the full. Funeral service at the Crematorium on Monday 21 July at 3pm. No flowers, please. A retiring collection will be made on the day for the benefit of Leukaemia and Lymphoma Research or donations may be sent to Kenneth Dewey & Sons (Funeral Directors), 2 Grove Lane, Hale, Altrincham, Cheshire WA15 8JE.
