Town centre is a disgrace

I am sick of seeing empty, boarded up shops.

Visitors must think the place is a dump as they drive over Moss Lane bridge to be greeted by a boarded up McDonalds!

No businesses are interested in coming back to Altrincham, so tempt them back by lowering rent or free rent for a month.

It's better than having empty shops month after month.

And how do you tempt customers to come back to these new businesses?

Free parking for up to two or three hours.

Once Altrincham is thriving again, increase the rent.

As the businesses will be making nice profits, a rent increase won't hurt so much.

Trust me, it will work.
