I'M a recently qualified driver and Metrolink user and think it’s appalling that due to my age, 17, I'm unable to vote on the congestion charge that directly affects me .
I work full time in Salford Quays so travelling to me is important. Considering the many youngsters that do drive and also use the Metrolink and public transport, I am wondering how their opinions could possibly sway the congestion charge vote.
